It's tragic how romantic it all is

My favorite show at the moment is Supernatural, although I also watch Community, Cougar Town, The Vampire Diaries, The Originals, and Game of Thrones. My favorite fictional character is Castiel and Misha Collins is one of my favorite people in the world. I ship Dean/Castiel, though I don't engage in ship wars or wank of any kind. I do write ficlets and some humor occasionally.

Watching Supernatural Season 12 Premier :D

Mary met Cas. Cas hugged Dean! Cas: “I don’t have.a harp.” LOL Good times.

Castiel, Angel of the Lord. Looking at Dean for what he thinks is the last time. And then your heart breaks a little more.

I really believe Castiel would rather die with Dean than live without him.

But Dean asked Cas to take care of Sam. So even though Castiel believes Dean is gone and probably just wants to follow wherever he is, Castiel will stay. Because that was the last thing Dean asked of him. Because... "I always come when you call." "I do everything you ask."

Season 12: When Mary met Cas

Dean: Mom, this is Castiel. Cas, this is my Mom, Mary.

Castiel: Hello, Mary.

Mary: Castiel. I've heard a lot about you. So you're the Angel who's in love with my son.

Castiel: ...

Dean: Wait, what?!?

Mary: Oh honey, everyone in Heaven knows. Also, didn't I always tell you that Angels are watching over you? They gossip about you two all the time.

Dean: ...

Castiel: ...

Mary: I'm so sorry, Castiel. He's always been prettier than he was smart.

Sam: Well, this is awkward...

Castiel is consistent in his commitment to follow Dean into certain death.

It's both sad and beautiful.

"I could go with you" --- Castiel, Angel of the Lord. He loves Dean so much it hurts.

That was the most upbeat SPN finale ever.

Well, up until that weird British lady (played by the same actress as Valerie the Heretic in The Vampire Diaries) showed up and zapped Cas and shot Sam, that is.

I’ll focus instead on how giddy with relief Dean seemed when he realized Castiel was back. That was as close to happy I’ve seen Dean this season.

And he basically took the first chance he got to take Cas out for a ride, just the two of them. And while there were no confessions of love or anything, Dean telling Cas he’s family, that he’s a brother, well, to someone like Dean Winchester who considers his brother Sammy the most important person in the world, someone he values more than the faith of the world, the way I see it, there’s no higher place Castiel can occupy in his heart.

God and Amara both survived. So did Rowena and Crowley. And… Surprise Mary Winchester. Was the latter a gift from God?

Wonder where next season will take us….

Ever.

(We all know Sam’s fine) They actually brought a character back to life instead of anyone dying…. WTF...

Yeeeeees. Only a few minutes in and we’ve got Dean/Cas moment :D

Dean rushing to help Cas when Amara finally had enough of Lucifer.

That’s the only Destiel part of this episode. Well, that and Luci promising he’d keep [Dean’s] pet safe when they were planning Amara’s takedown.

But, Dean left Sam's side while Sam was still suffering from the mark being burned into him. So I guess that's... Something.
