Tea Magic

-For expelling negativity and strengthing ones self. Best to drink in the morning. I especially enjoy this recipe in the Fall but it’s perfect for a rainy day as well!

What you’ll need:

-Black Spiced Chai Tea (Bigelow is the brand I use)

-Milk or Cream as much as you like (or alternatives)

-Cinnamon 1 tsp (sticks or powder)

-Nutmeg 1 tsp

-Honey or Sugar for sweetness

-An altar spoon (one from the kitchen works fine too!)

To Start....

boil your water and place the tea bag in one of your favorite mugs (size doesn’t matter).

As it soaks feel the warmth on your fingers as they curl around the mug. Breathe in the sweet and spicy flavors. Focus on your plans that you must tackle for the day.

Next add your milk. Be sure to watch the colors swirl together. You should feel a new energy forming from the mug in your hands.

Garnish the top of your tea with your cinnamon and nutmeg.

As if to say “screw all the bad that will happen today”, stir the spoon back and forth with intent this will mix the spices in your tea.

You will have conquered your first task for the day! Cheers to many more! ✨🥄☕️
