Collen's Pokemon Journey

Hey! Name's Collen! I'm a Pokemon Trainer from Pallet Town, back in Kanto, but I've been over in Kalos for a little bit, just sort of exploring the world, and seeing the sights! I don't know much about my past, but I'm certain the answers are out there somewhere, and I'm going to find them!

"O-oh, hello. Yes, I’m Kaira… and yes, I am his girlfriend,” she thought about the last question, giving the stranger a once over, “No, actually. I haven’t heard from him in a while.”

"Nice to meet you, Collen," she answered, though her own demeanor did not lighten. She looked down at his hand, but didn’t take it quite yet, "You’re not the first person to ‘confront’ me about taking him back. And she was less friendly about it. So you’ll have to forgive my hostility. Or don’t, I don’t care."

"Take him back?"

He shrugged and lowered his arm.

"All you have to do is reply to whoever that was, that he's not an object, and can think for himself. I'm sure he wouldn't be here if he didn't want to be."

[ text: ] Hey... you are, Hannah right? You're Azure's friend right? Are you in Kalos rn? Have you heard from him recently?

{Text} Hey Collen! Yes I am Hannah but I haven’t heard from him. We haven’t talked in awhile…

[ text ] haha! Don’t worry about it! and thx! I’ll remember that! I’m just worried, that’s all.

"Yeah. If you find Azure first… he get’s to stay here with you…"

"But… if I find him first…"

                                       ”…I take Azure away from Kalos with me.”

"…Excuse me?" Kaira stepped back, her own expression darkening, "What do you take me for? Some sort of petty idiot? I would never agree to that. What’s your damage, any how?"

Collen face contorted as he tried to hold back a grin, before he burst out laughing.

"You should see your face!" He clenched his stomach, "I'm just kidding, Kaira! It's a joke!" 

He fought to contain himself. 

"I-I'd never do that to him... as long as he's actually happy here, then I'm happy." 

He sighed and held his hand out towards Kaira in an open handshake. 

"I don't think we've been properly introduced. I'm Collen, from Pallet Town, Kanto!"

Hey, your name's Kaira, right? You're Azure's Girlfriend? Have you heard from him in the last few days?

"O-oh, hello. Yes, I’m Kaira… and yes, I am his girlfriend,” she thought about the last question, giving the stranger a once over, “No, actually. I haven’t heard from him in a while.”

((*fangirly squeak* HI))

"Hmm… that’s weird… I thought for sure if anyone’s heard from him, it’ll be you."

Collen rubbed his chin curiously. 

"We should probably go look for him." He laughed and rubbed the back of his head.

"He probably got lost somewhere!"

"That boy’s nasty habit of disappearing hasn’t changed a bit," she muttered, spinning the mega-stone engagement ring on her finger, "If no one’s heard from him, you’ll bet no one’s head from him. He’s probably neck-deep trying to save the world.”

Collen’s expression suddenly darkened, and a sly smile crossed his face.

"Is that so? What about a little wager then?"

Kaira’s eyebrow twitched, “Wager?”

[trainer-collen]

"Yeah. If you find Azure first... he get's to stay here with you..."

"But... if I find him first..."

                                       "...I take Azure away from Kalos with me."

{Text} Hey Collen! Yes I am Hannah but I haven’t heard from him. We haven’t talked in awhile…

[ text ] Yeah! GP is really cute! He’s really old tho, and sleeps in my backpack all the time. But he’s always been there for me, and I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for him. That’s why I consider him family. Both GP and Azure are the only family I have, so I’m kind of envious you have such a large one!

[ text: ] oh sorry… GP is my Pikachu. Azure named him. It apparently stands for ‘Ghost Pikachu’ or something like that. GP doesn’t seem to mind, and it helped us tell apart my Pikachu from his, so we just rolled with it. 

[ text: ] and man! That’s a big family! Sounds like a lot of fun! Hope they get better soon.

Hey Az! Long time no talk! How've you been?

"C-Collen?" Azure gasped. He felt his eyes widen in surprise, as he saw his old friend. He couldn’t help but chuckle lightly, and give the other a half-shrug, "Can’t really complain. Where’ve you been? It’s been a long time!"

"Eh, you know. Same ol’, same ol’. Just traveling around!" He shrugged.

He held a hand out towards Azure.

"Sorry! I really should’ve called you or something, but I know you and phones!"

Azure laughed, and reached out for Collen’s hand. He grinned as he shook it. “Yeah well, I’ll make an exception for my best friend.” He joked, “Even if that best friend takes off and doesn’t contact me in months!”

He released Collen’s hand, and welcomed him into the hotel room, “Come on in!”

Collen raised an eyebrow, but followed his friend into the room.

"I heard you were staying here... but to be honest, I didn't believe it! Never pegged you as the 'stay in' type dude."
