Vegas + Gym + Plan = Good Things
I'd been doing stuff in the gym, but now with a plan, I'm feeling good. I'm also gonna start a new fitrocracy program that links to this tumblr to make posting my workouts easier.
Vegas is back, everybody.
Also, going through this and seeing what I used to do has done two things.
One - make me realize that I can do epic stuff.
Two - makes me want to work harder.
There has been a serious hiatus in The Labors.
My granddad passed, family stuff, cross country summer, and lack of plan will kill most drive.
We come back stronger. Get settled. Lift and eat. Win days. Catalina Wine Mixer.
You are tight. We're gonna have to break you. Stretch every day. Take yoga. Have sex. Do both at the same time. Girls are into that sort of thing, right?

Then an hour and a half on proper lift forms.
Winning the day.
So yesterday morning at about 5:30 AM, it began again. The Labors started. I started at another gym - a Crossfit gym.
Before you guys and gals get out of hand, the coach is also an Olympic weightlifting coach/strength and performance coach, so form and things are very important. He intends to split me into two disciplines - Crossfit for cardio and overall stuff, and Olympic weightlifting for power.
I have to listen to this guy. I've seen his results - but I gotta be patient and do it all to the hilt.
Hiatus over.
My gym closed. Took me two months to find one that I liked and wanted to lift/train in.
