much to our surprise, our attempts at fighting this eviction through the courts have not been entirely futile. "possession" has been granted to us through the eyes of the state. 

Litigation is sure to pick up again at some point, but this is perhaps a big win in keeping our space out of the hands of developer scum and the state.
