(Not a professional, just a hobby of mine. Also this isn’t very specific to this genre, it honestly goes for any genre, but still) It depends on what you want to write, but as a writer, I personally think reading is your biggest helper. In this case you wish to write problematic/dark fiction, so find some fiction on those topics (wether fanfic or otherwise, it’s up to you!) , and read them, even just a couple snippets or chapters of them. See how each author writes out these characters and plays with them in these types of scenarios. And then practice. Begin with a few snippets or Drabbles of your own, and start developing your style when writing dark fiction, scenarios or characters!
Writing is a skill and therefore will take time to develop. But writing different genres is like a set of sub-skills, if you write fantasy all the time but never horror, your gonna be pretty good at writing fantasy, but probably not very good at horror. So if you want to start writing horror, then you need to figure out how; hence reading the genre you wish to write!
In regards to prompts specifically for radqueer and dark fiction, I’m not to sure on that. But prompts aren’t set in stone, and you can always change and manipulate them. Find a prompt and ask yourself, how could I change this to fit what I’m writing/want to write? This, I find, can also be a really helpful creative exercise for thinking outside the box!
