( For @tay-ffxiv‘s Tayang Mol! Thank you again for your patience! Based on the aesthetics I could find on your blog, and the description you gave me, I definitely wanted to use a Lorde song.  Unfortunately, I’ll be honest, I don’t have too many Lorde songs in my arsenal and the ones that I had didn’t seem to fit what I saw. I did have to dig myself a hole in Youtube to remember that this song existed, and goooood I am glad I did! This is what I was looking for. A character that was aggressive before never loses that edge, even if they become mild-mannered later. I wanted something with that edge, that “don’t mess with me” vibe, as a song that was supposed to come from the point of view of a mild-mannered character, I really felt that this fit the bill. I hope you think the same, and I hope you enjoy the song! Thank you so much for letting me do this for you! )
