As many of you know, my cat's name is Baby Girl and she is my world. When Baby Girl came to us, she was already extremely overweight. As of recent, despite following guidelines from our vet about feeding, she continues to steadily gain weight. She deserves help and deserves the support of this lovely community on Tumblr.

The shelter told us she had a tumor so I took her to the vet to see what could be done. Except... my vet said (after x-ray) that there was no tumor. So the vet recommended a brand of food to us and explained how much to feed her. My personal support workers and I have stuck to a rigorous feeding schedule and she's still not losing any weight.

Hi everyone. As many of you know, my beloved cat Baby Girl is in the top left corner. I used to have all three cats living with me but my personal support workers began complaining about the 'hard work' in regards to scooping their litter and feeding them so Trouble (the grey tabby in bottom pic) and Luna (black mini panther) had to go live with my stepmom 2 years ago. I feel like I was a bad cat parent even though the circumstances were beyond my control.

I love all 3 of my cats for different reasons. Baby Girl (who lives with me) is by far my most clingy cat. She loves cuddling and protecting me if she senses someone starting to upset me. She also loves eating and playing with strings.

Trouble is my grey tabby cat and he is my grouchy cat, he only likes attention on his own terms. He and Luna are best friends and do everything together - sleep, eat and play. This is why I decided to send them both together to my stepmoms because their bond is unbreakable.

Luna the black mini panther by far has the most chill temperament. She just loves to cuddle, be brushed and eat Tiki Cat dry food. I love them all so much.

💖 Help me take Baby Girl to vet 💖

Hi everyone. As many of you may know, this is a blog strictly for my cat Baby Girl. Currently I'm diagnosed with a terminal illness and have been unable to work due to being on dialysis 7 days a week. When I adopted Baby Girl from the shelter, I had a job so could afford vet bills, etc.

Right now Baby Girl is dealing with excessive weight gain, despite me being careful of what my personal support workers feed her. I had a cat before Baby Girl with this exact issue and it turned out to be a thyroid issue which they needed medication for. I want to take Baby Girl to the vet to make sure she's okay but I can't afford it myself. The basic exam is $90 and I'm sure they will want to run further testing, so I'm going to need to raise $90 to begin with. Click here to donate 💖
