Someone kindly translated some parts of Agravity Volume 1. There’s author comments, and a mini story that occurs the day after chapter 1.

Saga, Chris and Baba stayed up all night thinking of and rehearsing a song to apologize to Chris with. They came up with 10 verses. Chris says that he’s not really bothered anymore, but thanks them.

I love Chapter 21. It’s so ridiculous. I just really love the friendships in Agravity Boys and it really shines in this chapter.

In a way, I think the friendship element separates those who dislike/are ambivalent about Agravity Boys and those who like it. Those who like it like humor based on stupid friends getting into stupid situations.

If you don’t find that thing funny, then you won’t find Agravity Boys funny, because Agravity Boys is all about friendship humor.

Since I’ve talked about it before, here’s an update on my predictions for Agravity Boy’s longevity. It’s only a few chapters away from finishing Volume 3, and the story doesn’t seem to be rushing towards saving earth at the moment - seriously they just had a Geralt quiz show - so I think it’ll be surviving until at least volume 4 is finished, which is around 34 chapters.

Also useful for Agravity Boys surviving is that Guardian of the Witch is absolutely quite poorly in both table of contents ranking and sales. Guardian of the Witch is only doing slightly better than Zipman, so it’s likely on the chopping block and next to get canceled.

This lastest Agravity Boys manga chapter seems to be received pretty well. Everyone who read it seems to like it. Is this the power of Chris crossdressing? In seriousness, though, this chapter is the culmination of lot that Agravity Boys has set up so far, and is also hilarious. Great chapter. Most of all I’m pleasing that there is more positive feedback from english speaking readers than usual.

Storywise, I see Chris “uniting” the universe as a way for them to possibly crowd-solve the time machine problem, since the agravity boys didn’t really get anywhere pretending to be girls while calling up the girls volk picked up.

Some people have noted that Baba may have had his face appear on stream when giving Chris the maid outfit, we’ll see if that’s true. If so, he, in true Baba fashion, messed up since he’s currently wanted as a space pirate.
