TRANScend the Silence – Presentation
TRANScend The Silence (TCS) is a french initiative aiming to reveal transphobia in everyday life by sharing testimonies from those who send them to us, or from ourselves. There is a french equivalent that was created way before and exists on Tumblr and Facebook (Transpercer le Silence), and as of today, it helped transgenders to not stay alone, to not stay silent, to move on and fight.
This is what this tumblr is about. You can send to us at anytime your testimonies, and this will be the platform sharing it to the world so that people open their eyes on the situation. By the time you make your own testimonies you might see our testimonies to help you understand how the whole thing works.
But, even if this is the main objective of this tumblr, we won’t limit it to only that. This will also be a place to share sometimes articles we find relevant and that we found, or to pass on trans crowd funding or associations the same way.
