in need of energy

a friend of mine lost a loved one, which would be their second loved one under age 40 lost in a year

another friend had a mental health crisis and threatened my loved ones, broke into their home. their social worker came to pick them up and i haven't heard from them since. i'm unable to reach them. worried they don't want to talk to anyone after what happened and don't even know if they're okay

it's tough because one friend was attacked by another and the rest of us have to communicate that everyone involved is cared for and loved even when it feels like there are sides to this

loved one was diagnosed with cancer and is on their 22nd day of hospitalization and treatment

loved one diagnosed with cancer last year didn't tell anyone until she was hospitalized long term

and another loved one was actually diagnosed, treated, and beat cancer in the last year without telling any of us

love your loved ones with all your heart.
