Things I Was Not Prepared For With Weight Loss*:

• New insecurities like the texture of my skin, or the way my new body is shaped

• The wobbly skin on my arms that working out won’t fix

• The fact that I have INSANE rib flare that I didn’t know about

• No matter how much I work out, there will always be a layer of skin over my abdomen

• I want a breast reduction more than ever

• People being “worried” about me, when I haven’t even reached my weight loss goal

• People who I’ve just met being shocked that this is my POST weight loss body vs my starting point

• Everyone having an opinion on my body that they feel free to express to me

• Seeing the weight loss in the mirror some days, and other days feeling like I look exactly the same as I did a year ago

*I’ve lost 60 pounds in a year & I’m in my 30’s, so my body is doing things it didn’t do the last time I lost weight in my early 20’s
