#i found a diet on rednote that i liked but i can’t get away with skipping dinner most nights #i’m trying to cut out everything again #if i don’t eat during the day i can get away with just eating their dinner #they also made some chicken breast i can eat if i get too hungry and there’s also eggs #i just wanna be thin #the meds aren’t working anymore i haven’t lost a pound in months #i actually managed to gain weight… ON weight loss meds #i’m so tired of this fat flabby body
