"Peninsula Time" is defined as truly flexible check-in and check-out times
*A holding room will be provided if the reserved room type is not available upon guest’s arrival
**Room upgrade is subject to availability and certain room categories are not eligible for room upgrades
Bookings must be confirmed prior to the guest’s arrival. Spa appointments are noted on a request basis until the spa confirmation is sent by hotel.
***The complimentary 30-minute extension is based on consumption of either a 50-minute regular-priced body or facial treatment (excluding manicure and/or pedicure), and is applicable for Peninsula in-house guests only.
***The 30-minute benefit will be taken at the same visit as an extension to the reserved treatment. If the treatment cannot be extended, an alternative treatment will be offered
General Terms & Conditions
Room rates are quoted on a per-room-per-night basis, and are valid for single or double occupancy only
Room rates are subject to prevailing service charges and government taxes per room per night
Room availability and rate may be subject to change if amendments are made to a confirmed booking
Benefits are not valid for group reservations
Benefits are combinable with other packages and programmes, but the same benefits cannot be duplicated
Benefits and amenities are only applicable for reservation made with the hotel directly at hotel’s Best Available Rate
In case of dispute, the hotel reserves the right to make the final decision
