Pacaya Volcano
While in Antigua you would be cheating if you didnāt check out one or all of the three volcanoes that surround the area. The most common volcano to climb is Pacaya Volcano. Pacaya Volcano is approximately 2,552m in height and takes about an hour and a half to drive to from Antigua. Ā I opted for the Pacaya Volcano hike which was approximately 4km to reach the top. Signing up for this tour we had no idea what we were in for. Weād been told by multiple people that if we were going to San Igancio we absolutely must do the ATM tour.
