Can everybody please wish me luck tomorrow. This is an exam I've dropped ~3,000 dollars on. Just for the exam alone. The law school tuition was 250k. So. If we could all please wish me luck.
I should get a puppy! And get pragnant!
[looks off into the distance] remembering ex's cat and cat that used to be my cat is a form of self harm. no self harm before the exam i've spent 3 years of my life working towards. no self harm.
My 11-month male cat lets my foster kittens nurse on him.

I have been writing though: MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD, ADDRESSED TO COLONEL ELEANOR DAWKINS SUBJECT: Meeting of the Directors, 1815, Tuesday, 30 April 1963 Present: Col. Dawkins, Dr. Erasmus, Dr. Leighton, Mr. Hassan, Mr. Pfeiffer; Subject T-12, recording
The group began discussing the drafting of next year's budget proposal. Dr. Leighton strongly objected to Col. Dawkins's participation over the phone. His objection was noted by myself and no one else. Dr. Erasmus presented the Adaptive series' current cost models, and recommended that budget be directed to continuation of the Telepath series instead. Mr. Pfeiffer strongly objected, and his objection was noted by myself and Dr. Erasmus. Dr. Erasmus continued with his projections for the coming decade's birth rates, and expressed his disappointment with the FDA's approval of oral contraceptives. Mr. Pfeiffer asked whether we could not manufacture births within the facility. Col. Dawkins informed him that this would be ill-advised. Mr. Pfeiffer felt very anxious that the Adaptive series would be discontinued.
Dr. Erasmus thought about Mr. Hayter's volunteering of subject A-03, and concluded that it had been a bad idea. He wondered if Mr. Hayter was a communist. He decided that Mr. Hayter was too stupid to be a communist, and that he was a patriot for giving his child to the program.
Mr. Hassan privately wondered whether there was anyone behind the mirror. I did not volunteer the information of my presence, and he decided that there was not. He thought that it would be a waste of time, since no one could possibly trust a Telepath series subject to tell the truth. I did not respond.
Dr. Leighton had indecent thoughts about Mr. Pfeiffer. Dr. Leighton thought about sodomy, oral copulation, and dry martinis. Dr. Leighton then got paranoid that a Telepath series subject was behind the mirror, and attempted to think about his wife.
Col. Dawkins expressed her disappointment that Congress would not approve a budget proposal to continue the Telepath series past T-35. Mr. Hassan suggested retiring the Second Zoological series. Dr. Leighton disapproved of the idea. Dr. Erasmus wondered whether Dr. Leighton was a communist. He decided that Dr. Leighton was a moron. Mr. Pfeiffer recommended retiring T-35. Col. Dawkins informed him, multiple times, that this would happen over her dead body, and that T-35 was this facility's best living work. Dr. Erasmus was annoyed that Col. Dawkins was so attached to her pet project, and that they had not engaged in sexual intercourse in three months.
Dr. Leighton asked Col. Dawkins whether there had been any forward movement with T-35 whatsoever. Col. Dawkins reported that there had been an incident with Dr. Leavitt, and that T-35's manipulative capacity was confirmed and continued to exceed that of the rest of the Telepath series. Dr. Leighton said that the Telepath series was impossible to deal with as it is, and that increased telepathic ability was more risk than reward. Mr. Hassan decided that Dr. Leighton wanted to lose his job. Col. Dawkins asked Dr. Leighton what the Adaptive series was worth without the Telepath series backing it up. Dr. Leighton verbally conceded, and decided that Col. Dawkins had someone's balls in a vise.
Dr. Leighton mentally requested that, if there was a Telepath series subject behind the mirror, that the subject should refrain from recording his private thoughts. He struggled to think of anything he was willing to offer the Telepath series subject.
Mr. Pfeiffer asked Col. Dawkins about the incident with Dr. Leavitt. Col. Dawkins described an incident where T-35 manipulated Dr. Leavitt into seeing his newborn daughter, Penny Leavitt, in the chair instead of T-35. Dr. Leavitt is now on psychiatric medical leave, and the staff on T-35's floor have been audited for attachment to children. Mr. Pfeiffer argued that the Adaptive series could do this better. Mr. Hassan reminded Mr. Pfeiffer that an Adaptive series subject is four times as expensive to maintain as an ordinary Telepath series subject. Dr. Leighton expressed his support for Mr. Pfeiffer, and wondered if Mr. Pfeiffer would be open to his advances. Mr. Pfeiffer was privately afraid that the entire Adaptive series would soon be retired.
A-03 passed by in the hallway with no accompanying handler. A-03 wondered how T-12 was doing, and decided that T-12 had been more professional than T-28, who subject A-03 did not like as much. I declined to comment.
Col. Dawkins and Mr. Pfeiffer argued about T-35 for ten minutes. Mr. Pfeiffer was aware that he was losing, but did not want to be staffed onto the Soldier series or Telepath series if the Adaptive series was retired. Mr. Pfeiffer had no personal issue with Col. Dawkins. He wanted to believe that she could see the value of the Adaptive series.
Mr. Hassan asked if anything was going to get decided, or if they were just going to argue about the same three subjects again. Mr. Hassan considered any meeting with Dr. Erasmus attending to be a waste of time. Dr. Leighton asked Mr. Hassan if it was true that they were considering foreign-sourced subjects. Mr. Hassan and Dr. Erasmus confirmed that foreign-sourced subjects were being considered, but that there were no formal plans.
Col. Dawkins asked Dr. Leighton if he had anything he wanted to share. Dr. Leighton privately thought that she was "forcing him to think about it". Dr. Leighton tried not to think about communism or sodomy. Dr. Leighton verbally replied that he wondered whether the Observer or Soldier series would ever be reconsidered. Col. Dawkins said she would keep it in mind. Dr. Leighton doubted that.
The meeting concluded at 1850.

bar exam tomorrow and what am i doing? yes. mkultra bullshit
at a certain point we really have to stop going "this group of people is good and worthy of rights because they compliment me more". like I'm sorry. what does this tell me? "trans women are good because they say I'm pretty more than cis women do" um. ok? like i understand the point but you can't seriously be arguing for a group's dignity by going "and they suck my dick better, too!"
