Honestly, I wasn't expecting the amazing turn-out we've received. Every single one of you members is extremely talented, and so kind, too—I've enjoyed every moment I've spent talking to you, plotting with you, getting to know you and reading all the fantastic threads you've started. Seriously, you all have such enormous talent and you give me a real case of the warm fuzzies.
In any case, this is the first weekly update! I'll be posting statistics, bringing you up to speed on the work the staff are doing, and maybe even asking a couple of questions every Sunday from here on out.
The stats are below the cut, but I do have a question: what do you want to see from Tri-ni-set? We plan to do some events in the future, but I would love to hear your ideas and suggestions too! What can this lowly admin do to improve your experience? (Without getting naked, mind you. I won't do any tricks either. Tricks are what a whore does for money.)

Your application was definitely impressive, especially the personality portion, but your para sample was less so. It doesn't flow very well-- try looking at transition words or conjunctions, and try to be a bit more descriptive!

Character: Xanxus
Personality:
Xanxus, being the first antagonist of KHR, is a good example of a classic villain. Cruel, heartless, devoid of mercy for anything that stands in his way, whether it be friend or foe. And just like any villain, he has a backstory that explains why he’s the way he is. Xanxus was a child when he was forced to be a man and when he was ‘betrayed’ by his father (as if he’d call that old man his father ever again) everything just sort of snapped.
He’s shown as someone who angers easily and saying that he has a bad temper is an understatement. We all know how he gets furious at underlings that bring him the wrong food or drink; that’s because he expects nothing less than perfect from his team, more so from his officers. He hurts his own subordinates because he wants to set an example. If you do anything worth a bottle to the head, then he’ll be damned not to hit you with said bottle. This way, he is feared. Xanxus knows, no matter how crude, that fear begets respect. And that’s what he wants, to be respected. Also, he’s not really violent; it’s just that violence is the easiest way for him to convey his emotions.
After the battle with Tsuna, Xanxus changed for the better. Somewhat. Sort of. He learned a lesson. Revenge was still a thing though. Even if he did slightly change, he’s still the same old Xanxus. The same prideful man who knows that people feared him, and would gladly use that fear to his advantage.
Xanxus would treat you like dirt the first time you meet, but if you prove “entertaining” he might warm up to you. Also, he respects and treats all women fairly. He’s an asshole but he could be a gentleman as well. Mafiosos are not only taught to be killing machines, you know. He can get pretty charming if he wanted to. Xanxus just doesn’t indulge in such petty things like “love”; he has an assassination group to run (besides, he had his trust broken more times than his heart had so it’ll never be easy for him). And as long as you don’t annoy him, you’ll be good acquaintances; maybe even friends (but he’ll wait for hell to freeze over before he confesses that you’re his friend).
Xanxus can be quite surprising, to say the least, with the absence of his rage. He is human after all; he can feel emotions other than wrath. You can say he’s just really passionate. Whether it’s fighting, killing, or drinking tequila, he does it with a passion that no one can rival. He’s loyal too and he expects you to be just as loyal. Break his trust, no guarantees he won’t break your face. Winning his trust is a very hard task. Hard, yet not entirely impossible. He has manners; he knows his etiquette, but sometimes it’s more fun being mean, snarky, and violent.
Xanxus knows what he wants and he’ll do anything to get it. He didn’t become the boss of the Varia without a reason.
Sample:
Xanxus had sat down by the long bar and was drinking down his fifth shot. Usually the place would have been filled with laughter and noisy bickering, but not today. Not with him there.
He raised his uninjured hand, asking for another glass.
“Don’t you have paperwork to do,” the bartender said with an easy tone. He avoided looking at the carnage around him.
“Tch. Shouldn’t you be doing your job, trash?”
“I should be saying the same thing to you.”
“Just get me my fucking drink.”
The other laughed and complied; it was better not to piss him off again. Unlike certain idiots laying down on the floor, groaning in pain, the bartender valued his life.
Xanxus’s right hand was starting to bruise. He sighed, this was the third time this month. Mammon would have his head to hear he destroyed another bar. Repair bills seem to follow him like a plague. ‘But those scum had it coming,’ he angrily thought. Anyone who reminded him of his loss against the Sawada-brat was asking for it. Just because he lost to a fucking teenager doesn’t mean he’d lost any of his strength. Glaring at his empty glass, he cursed at the slowness of the bartender; he’s not a man known for his patience after all. Xanxus stood up and promptly threw the glass against the wall with a force strong enough to kill.
“Put everything in my tab,” he growled as he walked towards the door. “Maybe next time you can move fa—”
The tinkling of a bell cut him off, signaling a new customer coming in. Xanxus stopped and raised an eyebrow at the newcomer.
“You’re definitely the trash I didn’t want to see.”

Great job; you seem to have a good grasp of Bel's character your application was enjoyable to read! There are two things that I'd like to point out, just as future reference, however:
->It would have been great if you'd gone a little further in depth with Bel's personality and shown more insight. Not that you did a bad job, just a little more detail would've been nice!
->There were a few grammatical errors made in your writing sample. Be sure to proofread and use correct forms of words!
Otherwise, really good job and we're really excited and pleased to have you here with us! We look forward to having you in the family and please be sure to have your blog for Bel set up by April 28th.

Character: Belphegor
Personality: Born with a killer instinct and into an environment which allowed him to act upon violent urges Belphegor was able to gain the title of a natural born hitman. This became accepted as a fact upon the murder of his brother whom was killed out of jealously, though he'll lie and say it was out of boredom and that he was the smarter, stronger brother. On that topic; lying comes as natural as breathing and will be used as a means to obtain anything desired if need be. Other than that he is apathetic to the happenings around him when it does not disturb his well-being or is not relating to an order, however will involve himself if bored enough, and is vain though prefers it when others brag for/about him rather than gloating himself.

While no longer home people would not recognize his royalty and there was nothing but a peasant's life awaiting him if action was not taken. Luckily he was a genius. As a genius it was not hard to find a way that would not only provide a life of luxury he was accustomed to but also grant the ability to do as he pleased, even take the life of others, without recoil. That way was to join the mafia. Or, at least, that was the most entertaining way.
But not just any mafia would do. Only the best would suit a prince, then the best of that family. What he saw fitting of that was the Varia, a name heard back home. As an independent group they had the freedom to act upon their own desires while still having the power of the rest of the family supporting them. On top of it everyone feared them and quaked at just the name.
Money, power, fame, respect... Everything someone with royal blood deserved. And so Belphegor found himself among their ranks, not as their leader but that was fine. The amount of effort to run them was not within him when he already had a country to call his own (even though he may never actually return to it). Besides, the one who held the boss title was scary and cool enough for even Bel to follow.
These thoughts led him to his current location, a room filled with corpses. It was his first mission so the blond was not left alone, though had done everything by himself. Even newbies should not have their hand held, he assumed, thus he went out of his way to prove himself.
"All dead," he sang, grinning from ear to ear. They really had not except a kid to be able to pull this off, maybe even thinking by allowing him this chance he'd get himself killed and stop pestering them, so their shocked faces was now something longed for. With that in mind no time would be spent idling around. "Time to go back?"
Though stated in a question format he was already exiting the room, laughing in the manner that would be soon known as the signature laugh of Prince the Ripper.
Since it says Bel is available, unless someone beat me to it, can I reserve him?
