I'm not quite sure what you mean. If you've been inspired by one of my pieces and want to draw something similar - no problem, since I don't own the “idea” behind any particular piece of art. If you want to do something with the artwork - that's fine too! Just give me credit and that’s it (though it depends on the specifics - in some cases, I don’t really care do what you want) Just don’t resell it or feed it to an AI. You think that every now and then Heathckoff sees a bit of Cathy in Ishmael? Like how Heathcliff has an ID of Queequeg, so Ishmael would see a bit of her in him?

Like, as soon as you become a heathmael fan, you automatically have comparisons with these two Heathcliff and Ishmael in your head.

I will not write about comparisons with Queequeg, because it is quite clear here.

But Cathy, I think Heathcliff compares how Cathy told him that birds should not be in a cage, and Ishmael in a sense reminds him of the very bird that was in a cage and finally became free. There is also the point Canto that Cathy literally takes the place of Ishmael and Yi Sang in certain mirror worlds (sooo yeah PM them self doing this). As Heathcliff said about Cathy "calamity," I think he periodically finds himself thinking that Ishmael also has this part of that , and that haunts him time to time. I also believe that Ishmael is much more like Heathcliff himself, which would be reference to book Cathy and Heathcliff.

Specifically, Heathcliff is prancing around and dancing while ishy is bringing him a shit ton of seashells and other bits and bobs.

Well, they aren't all that different from one another. I've divided the sinners into: Serpentine/Eastern types - Hong Lu, Ryoshu, Yi Sang Straight-up dragons - Faust, Rodion Little wyverns or cockatrices - Don, Sinclair Drake - Mersault, Outis Wyverns - Ishmael, Heathcliff (Gregor)

Yi Sang, Hong Lu, and Ryoshu - flying together followed by intertwining during the process
