Sugar Baby Challenge

Story:

Your sim is a young adult. Born from a lower middle class family, your parents expect that you will live a better life than they did. You were afforded every opportunity. You are smart, beautiful and was sent to the best public school college your parents could afford. So how did you end up dropping out and working in retail?

It's time to find a better solution. It's time for someone to take care of you. What's the easiest way? Marry up. That's how it works in the movies. Time to find you a Sugar momma/daddy.

Welcome to the sugar baby challenge.

Rules :

CAS:

1.Create a young adult sim. Sim cannot be older or younger than than young adult. The sim can be any gender or sexual orientation of your choice.

2. Your sim must have the Materialistic Trait.

3. Add the snob trait for 250 points. More on the point system later.

4. Sims must have normal life span to avoid a point penalty.

YOUR HOME:

Your sim is only allowed to begin in a humble home.  Choose  any of the following options.

1BR and 1BA Trailer

Studio Apartments 

1BR and 1BA apartment. 

2BR and up to 2 BA with roommate. If with roommate you are not allowed to play as the roommate. Not even to help their moods. 

Cheats are allowed to furnish your home but you are only allowed the lowest quality items. Your sugar daddy will help you upgrade your home with point purchases that will be explained later.

CHALLENGE RULES:

Goal: To win this challenge you must marry an elder before they die. They will spoil you while you are dating them, but if they die you inherit nothing unless you are married. If the elder is revealed to have any living children, you must have a baby by the elder before they die or the adult children will inherit everything and you have lost all your leverage. The children will toss you out with nothing.

EARNING POINTS:

At the end of this challenge the simmer with the most points wins. You can also use your points to upgrade your surroundings.  Point Purchases have no impact on your final score.

HAVE A BABY BY ELDER SIM OUT OF WEDLOCK - 75 PER CHILD (if you get married before the baby you is born  you will not be penalized). 

HAVE A BABY BY ELDER IN WEDLOCK 25 PER CHILD.

POINT PURCHASES

100 Points upgrade your TV, Game System or music Entertainment System. Your Sugar Daddy /Momma paying your cable and Netflix subscription and got you the newest devices.

100 Points upgrade your lighting. Your sugar daddy paid your light bill. 

300 Remodel the Living room or Kitchen. All new furniture for the best sugar baby ever. Show them you ate spouse material. 

400 Points Remodel Bedroom or Bathroom. You deserve your beauty rest and relaxation.

ILLEGAL CHEATS

Any cheats allowed to boost romance or friendship 

Any cheats that allow easy pregnancy 

Any cheats that allow no pregnancy 

Any cheats that allow increased probability of multiple babies. 

No cheats to expedite pregnancies.

Trap House Sims

The Story:

You have aspirations of being more than a street rat. You could have even been a rapper if they would play your mixtape in the clubs. You've blown all of your savings on supporting your failed rap career, but now it's time to try something new. Luckily your cousin Bookie left you his trap house. Too bad he was the worst dealer ever. Homie died from over using his own product. At least the stoves are good. It's time for a new dream. Claim these streets and you will have your rightful place as King/Queen.

Goals: Your goal is to rule these streets. You must acquire 8  customers. One from each household in your neighborhood.

Neighborhood creation:

Fill your neighborhood with at least 8 different households. You may fill it with more if you'd prefer.

Sim Creation:

Create one sim of your choice. 

Your initial sim can be young adult or older. 

There are no trait restrictions

Trap House:

You must build your home from scratch with $10,000. Bookie  burnt down the house you shared basing and this was just conveniently salvageable from under his mattress when he died.

Spend your money wisely because whatever is left over is all that you will have until your business is running.

Your trap house requires the following.

Bed

Stove

Dining table

Dining chairs

Game Play:

Everyday at 12pm you have to roll a 6 sided dice. Based on your roll, a special event will happen based on the corresponding number below.

Child support time. Keep your distant baby daddy or baby momma quiet by paying them $500 by midnight. 

Twelve is on your trail. It is better that you don't throw a party today. 

Bad batch of product. You lost one of your addicts. If you have no addicts in your house. Do not throw a party. You can't have bodies tied to your business. 

You've been robbed. Sell  $300 worth of items. 

The competition has pushed up on your turf and is selling on your block. Your parties only produce half of the money today. 

Your name is gaining notoriety in these streets. Charge double at your parties.

Rules and How To Make Money:

You are not allowed to use money cheats unless instructed to do so in this challenge. 

Money cheats are only usable when you throw a party or moving in an addict. 

You are able to make money by doing the following. 

Throwing parties: $500 per person you have as a resident in your house. They have to earn their keep. 

Moving in an addict: 1k on the initial move in.

Points

1000pts - Moved in all 8 sims before reaching adulthood. 

500pts - Move a rich sim into your trap house

500pts - Move in one teenage sim that isn't related to you.

200pts - Have a baby with one of the addicts

400pts - Move your baby out before they graduate from school to make room for 8th addict. 

100pts - Every gold level party. 

- 400pts Child is taken by Social Worker

- 600pts - House on fire

- 400pts - Lost an addict through death or dice roll
