       he’s careful in the way he rolls himself to hover over finley, with an elbow on each side of him & his lower half comfortably slotting with finley --- it’s something of a safety blanket; something to keep the curly headed boy feeling loved and safe.  ❛  f-fin, i’m so LUCKY that it’s me ... that you like me. wouldn’t let anything b-bad happen to you, y’know.  ❜  his eyelids drift closed & he leans down to nuzzle their noses together, lips barley brushing in an almost teasing way.  ❛  you’re the ONLY one i want.  ❜   with that, he’ll press their lips together in a kiss that says everything he means: i love you.
