Hey-I noticed you don't really talk about being Non-binary that much-I was wondering if you still consodered being Non-binary, as your bio has you as Non-binary, but your post on being imbigender is gone-do you no longer see yourself as imbigender gender but still Non-binary?(Sorry if this sounded rude, I was wondering sense I know a lot of truscum hate non-binary identities, which I really dislike)

The page is “I’m Bigender” I wasn’t implying that I’m some ‘imbigender’. I just use bigender as a descriptor since it explains what I would want from transitioning. I didn’t post about being non binary because I don’t really relate to that group, since most of them are cis ppl without dysphoria.

I just call myself either transsexual, or an atypical dysphoric, since both can’t be used without being dysphoric. I hope that clears things up.

I was really shocked by this and dubious, so I decided to read further. There’s a great article about this here: http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-35813470 As it turns out, this is more like a halfway house. Prisoners usually begin their term in a prison more like one we’d typically recognize - bars on the windows, locked in their cells. But the emphasis there is on successful reintegration into society.  As their sentence progresses, with good behavior, they can move into a facility more like this, where their freedoms are still restricted, but they can do things like network with people outside of prison, search for employment, cook and clean and look after themselves, and begin making plans for their reintegration into society.  As a result, Norway has one of the lowest rates of recidisvism. 20% as opposed to America’s 76%.  It seems like a shocking idea to us because of where and how we live, but apparently, Norwegians are addressing the real problem. When you take people who can’t function well in society, and then…help them do that?…they….do. Without the crime-ing.

The US says that prison is for rehabilitation. Which is a complete lie considering that after you get out your record is permanently blighted by the crime, pretty much making life easier for you if you just went back to jail. The US prison model is evil and needs a well overdue change.

Art Theft by Old Navy

My art gets stolen all the time.

I have been through many copyright infringement cases - some have been resolved amicably, and there are ones that have taken more work. This case against Old Navy (Gap) is not getting resolved right now because Old Navy is denying copyright infringement. 

They are being totally unapologetic, and have said that it would be a “bad business decision” for me to expect to be reasonably compensated for the use of my art. Instead of compensating me, they have chosen to pay a large law firm to fight me, and have even asked the judge to order me to pay THEIR legal fees.

When a company as large and mainstream as Old Navy steals my art and profits from it, and is unapologetic about it, I cannot afford NOT to fight this. My lawyers and I will be fighting this for as long as it takes.

If it ever gets demedicalized in my country I legit have no idea what’s gonna happen to me. I’m pretty sure my parents aren’t gonna want me to transition, and I can’t pay for the hormones myself… I don’t know if I’ll be able to take it.

They don’t care that trans suicide rates, which are already high enough as it is, are going to rise dramatically. It’s not just transmeds that are going to be hurt by demedicalization, it’s all dysphoric trans people.

Honestly black parents are so mentally abusive and that shits just considered normal, which is evil for reasons I don’t even have to name.
