Can I just take a moment to appreciate that Chi Cheng returns from his trip and immediately goes to Suowei, not for sex, but for the comfort of his presence.

He shoves Suowei over and after 5 days with his gf likely trying to have sex with him at every turn, he looks like a man who can finally exhale.

He's back with Suowei where he can be himself and get some unmolested sleep.

I think this moment was so beautiful for what it reveals about Chi Cheng's feelings toward Suowei. While he might be aggressive and often acting like he's just after sex, in the end it's Suowei's presence he craves. This has become his safe space with the two of them wrapped up in the soft yellow comforter, the color of warm sunlight that Chi Cheng seems to eschew in his own place.
