hello all human beings of earth, aliens from other planets, and phantasms still following this dead blog

i havent given out my new blog to anyone because im lazy and i really dont use tumblr anymore. maybe ill get around to it one day? some of yall are really cool so ill try to reconnect soon.

im doing better these days. the psych adjusted my meds and theyve been helping me a lot. ive been doing bright light therapy and taking vitamins as well. less smoke in the air means my asthma has gotten better but the cold makes it worse so i just cant win. my new therapist is super nice and shes referred me to a psychologist to get some more extensive testing done. right now were looking into sensory processing disorder, aspergers (so old fashioned), or ocd as possible diagnoses for me but i wont know until i see the psychologist.

i signed up for college classes too. just three classes; two prerequisites and one college preparedness class. im also actually doing some driving practice and its fucking terrifying but not as difficult as i thought. the new meds help keep the tics down too, which helps. ive been working in the garden every day and waking up earlier and not watching the news and going to church and ive been doing better. it’s a great relief.

recovery is possible yall. at least happiness and peace with life is. again ill reconnect with you folks at a later date. still not ready for that yet.
