Mail Completed Application with photo, fees, most recent passport and any other documents needed through USPS Priority mail so you are able to track the package. Print full name and date of birth of the applicant on the check in the memo section of the check or money order.

Resubmission of application form is required, in case the applicant does not visit the Passport Seva Kendra within 90 days from the online form submission.You may renew by mail if your most recent passport meets all of these requirements:.
In case of minor applicants (below 4 years of age), carry the recent passport size photograph (4.5 X 3.5 cm) with white background.
Service will be provided at the discretion of Passport Seva Kendra in-charge/Passport Officer.
Only emergency/medical cases and preapproved categories may visit Passport Seva Kendra without appointment.
Visit the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK)/Regional Passport Office (RPO) where appointment has been booked, along with original documents. An SMS with your appointment details is also accepted as proof of appointment during your visit to Passport Office. Note: Carrying printout of Application Receipt is no longer required.
