                ❛       ————     HER  HEART was  an  open  book  with  beautiful  pages  and  detailed  lettering.     She  wanted  people  to  read  HER  STORY  in  hopes  that  it  would  make  them  write  their  own.     Instead,     every  person  who  came  across  the  pages  of  HER  HEART  ripped  out  their  favorite  story  and  took  it  with  them.     The  folded  back  pages  and  bent  up  the  corners.     They  signed  their  names  with  sloppy  writing  and  with  a  simple   ‘ goodbye ’.     This  book  is  now  tucked  away  in  THE  DARKEST  PARTS  OF  HER,     because  no  one  wants  to  read  a  tragic  story  with  a  bad  ending.                  I  have  pretty  much  nothing  going  on  over  here  on  this  blog  anymore  aside  from  a  few  memes  and  a  single  thread  that  I  need  to  reply  to.     Can  you  give  this  a  like  if  you’re  open  to  plotting  out  something  with  me?     It  will  also  likely  lead  to  something  pre-established  because  it  makes  things  easier  for  me.

“I love you. I’ll always love you.”

                 She  reminds  him  of     the  sun     as  it  comes  over  the  horizon,     basking  it’s     warmth     and     light     against  a  snow  covered  field.     Rays  breathing     life     back  into  something     lifeless,     filling  tired  bones  with  enough  energy     to  rise  and  start  again.     In  the  midst  of  war,     she  is  a  beacon  of  light;     his  beacon  of  light     --     something     good     he  can  hold  in  his  heart  when  the  darkest  of  nights  make  it     impossible     to  break  free  from     troubled  thoughts.     Looking  at  her  overwhelms  him  still,     leaving  him     breathless     and  unable  to  form  words.     She  is  soft  and  kind  but  also     powerful     and  full  of  determination.     A  woman  he  thought  he     didn’t  deserve.

                 Her  words  are     whispered     up  against  the  side  of  his  cheek  and  as  her  breath     brushes     up  against  his  skin,     he  finds  it  hard  to  concentrate  on     anything  else.     Pale  hues  shut  as  a  smile  pulls  up  at  the  corners  of  his  lips.     ‘I  love  you.’     rang  loudly  inside  of  his  mind,     echoing     in  the  sweet  sound  of  her  voice;     something  he  could  listen  to  for  the     rest  of  his  days     and     never     grow  tired  of  hearing.     How  could  a  woman  like  her  see  something     worth  loving     inside  of  him? 

                 Arthur  takes  in  a  deep  breath  before  turning     slowly     towards  her.     His  eyes  open  and  for  a  moment  he  sits  in     silence,     taking  in     every  beautiful  detail     of  her  face.     He  lifts  his  hand  up  to  cup  her  cheek,     calloused  thumb  brushing  up  against  her  skin.      ❛   I  love  you,     Lady  Stark.     I  don’t  deserve  you.   ❜
