So apparently Bodyweight Burn is like the exercise program of the year 2016. I finally took the plunge and bought it. I had my first workout today and holy hell am I beat. I can see why there is all the hype behind it. This isn’t going to be easy but it’s going to be worth it!
I think it’s about time I finally post a progress picture. I’ve been doing Bodyweight Burn for 4 months now and I’ve dropped 35 pounds since I started. Losing weight hasn’t fixed all of my problems or gotten me a hot boyfriend (yet!) but it has made me feel more comfortable in my own skin. It really is possible to lose weight and feel better. What it takes is consistency. Find a way to be active that works for you or an exercise program and stick to it. It sounds simple but it can be hard some days. You gotta push through the hard days so you can get to the good ones : )
reblog with the age you turn in 2016
Progress of less than a month 😁😁💪🏽
I haven’t posted a photo like this in a while so I wanted to share my truest before/after. On the left was me at my highest weight (223lbs) and the right is me now, at my lowest weight of 121lbs. I can’t express how amazing I feel. I have 10x the amount of energy I have ever had in my life. Fitness has changed my whole outlook on the world. I am so proud of myself!

The first photo I was around 170 pounds, which was not my heaviest. The second photo is me today, at 128 pounds. Remember to take progress photos! They can really help you see the difference!
