The first thing I noticed when making this was not Julian’s smile, it was not Noel’s laugh, or the way Julian seems to need to think too long about the day they first met. It wasn’t even their hair, or clothes, or Ju’s stubble, or the way Noel’s eyes glitter when he’s teasing him, or the thoughtful way Julian’s hand rubs across his chin.

My thoughts are now only these: WHAT THE FUCK IS ALL OVER YOUR HAND JULIAN?? WERE YOU PLAYING WITH BLACK FINGER PAINT? DID YOU DECIDE TO TRY NOEL’S EYELINER AND THEN RUBBED IT OFF WITH YOUR HAND WHEN YOU THOUGHT IT WASN’T WORKING FOR YOU? ARE YOU INVOLVED IN AN ART PROJECT OF SOME KIND? WHAT WERE YOU DOING RIGHT BEFORE YOU CAME ONSTAGE???

This is one of my favorite moments ever. Noel and Julian start having their own little chat in the middle of a Comic Con interview. Rich has to nudge Julian to pay attention to the interview lol. I always love seeing them talk to themselves when we cannot hear them. I also love Julian’s big laugh here. He seems to laugh like this with Noel the most :,) [X]
