The Duchess spent much of her days studying classic texts, such as The Squid Who Belittled My Mother. Recently, The Duchess’s work came under critical acclaim, namely her multi-genre short story/theory piece, titled “The Gingerbread Boy: A Byronic Cookie!”
Cupcake, Creepy Doll, Vignette, and the Duchess met at Britechester University, studying their respective, esteemed liberal arts degrees. The girls bonded over their shared privilege, their sparking lives as buoyant, upper-class children. After University, they pledged to stay together - friends forever. They chose Windenburg for its lush, European landscaping and historic architecture. However, life after uni, without their parents’ income, proved a bit less than desired. The Bunnies could hardly afford a glamorous home, instead opting for a small cottage out of the way of town. This remote lifestyle immediately barraged two of the Bunnies with depression, Cupcake and Creepy Doll, who found themselves at odds with the dingy green, wooden, “rustic” interior of their newly shared abode. However, The Duchess found the small space ideal in many ways--namely that the quaint lifestyle encouraged her creative writing pursuits. And Vignette, the least economically aspirational of the four, and the most inclined to wax poetic about the benefits of nature, found herself constantly persuading her fellow Bunnies to learn to enjoy their new home, much to Creepy Doll and Cupcake’s chagrin.

It’s been so long since I’ve played/enjoyed The Sims 4. I’m hoping for a fresh start with this cutie - Marlen Moena. But, I’ll probably just create her and then delete, as I have been doing with all my Sims saves recently.
Caena: I heard that babies... disappear from here. Miko: That’s true - but Alien babies disappear everywhere. Here, there may not be a lot of us, but we take care of our own. Caena: Should I tell him about Quaelle?

Caena: So, what’s up with this town? I mean, the smog, the emptiness, its - weird. Miko: It was a human town once. They trashed it - made it barely liveable - and fled. Caedin: And since the humans left, Aliens moved in. We’re trying to fix it up - even starting families here.

Finally, Caena and Kylie found respite at a little bar at the end of the train tracks, fittingly called “The Caboose.”
Inside, the lovers met a handful of Aliens. It was not, by any means, jam packed, but the girls enjoyed meeting a few new folks, and Caena felt strangely comfortable.

Caena and Kylie visited Evergreen Harbor. Its air stank of gas and smog, its streets, strangely empty.

Caena: This town - what’s it called? Alfuena: Evergreen Harbor. You should come check it out.

Caena: I’m sorry if I seem, rude. I’ve yet to meet another Alien around here. Alfuena: Oh, so not on Earth long then. I’m here on official business. Caena: What... business? Alfuena: The town I’m from, it’s full of Aliens. From different planets, some like you. Folks keep disappearing. Some pop up here.

Alfuena: Hi, I’m Alfuena. I’m from Blurbobular. I assume you’re from Nectaruploot? Caena: Yeah, uhm. Hi. Caena. Caena: How does she know what planet I’m from?

Caena decided to go out for a well-deserved drink. She’d discovered a vaccine, cured plenty of Strangerville’s townspeople, and was raising a very difficult toddler.
Then, across the bar, she saw... another Alien.
