As requested, here is a better decorated version of the Zambrano starter in my ISBI Challenge! To maximize space and money, I put it on a 20x15 lot in Newcrest, but if you want the full experience of my gameplay, I have it in my game on the 40x30 lot in that neighborhood. It’s cc free! And while not technically a starter at $29,676, it’s pretty close to it.
Feel free to do what you want with this house! Just don’t reupload and claim as your own.
sidenote: I will be doing an expansion of this house very soon, (as well as my Single Living house) so be on the look out for that!
Would you ever consider uploadiing the tray files of your builds?
I would consider it, though I don’t know how to find the tray files and whatnot. So it will have to wait until I can find a tutorial and figure it out.
On a side note if anyone has a good tutorial (for dummies style ^^;;) on finding your build’s tray files feel free to toss it in my direction.
The following day Penny dropped by Elliot’s house around the noon hour with the intention of mischief. “So, you say you don’t want to become involved with me but yet you invited me to the romance festival last night where your hands were certainly eager to be involved with parts of me.”
“I told you before I’m more than happy to play around with you, but I have no intention of ever entering a relationship with you.”
“Admit it, you find me charming.” She cooed and gave him a quick peck on the lips. He simply chuckled and shook his head.
“Don’t hold your breath Penny Bright.” He breathed and leaned in for another kiss. The truth of the matter however was that the more time he spent with her, the more he found her to be interesting, and that seemed dangerous.
The romance festival was on in town and with nothing better to do Elliot decided to invite Penny to go take in the sights of the festival with him. It didn’t take long for them to get into the mood of the festival.
Rather than enjoy the festival, they spent the rest of the evening making out on one of the sofas in the karaoke bar nearby.
So these couple of nerds met.
Might come into play in the future, maybe...probably, meaning yes.
Gone Fishin’
“Ulrike, you are not going to believe what happened to me!”
“I’m listening.”
“I was abducted by aliens last night! I was inside their spaceship and I saw all of their crazy machines!”
“No way!”
“Yes way Ulrike, yes way!”
Meilin was clearly still hyped about her alien encounter and wasn’t ready to let it go yet.
There’s pretty few blogs on my following list, and of those just about a third are simblrs. Thus I’m gonna try a thing. If you’re a simblr reblog this so I can snoop at your blog! Personally I prefer stories in various formats, but I’m not gonna put any rules. Whatever sims related you have, hit that reblog! If you wish, add a few words about what you have, but definitely not a must.
Oh, and if anyone has someone to recommend, please do.

Don’t mind your stove with a flaming gas leak, just carry on with business as usual. Nothing to worry about here.
“Fen! Fen! You are not going to believe what happened to me last night!” Meilin accosted her brother as he sat down to breakfast. “I was...get this...abducted by aliens last night!”
“And they had all of these weird machines just like in all of our favorite scifi movies. It was crazy Fen!”
“Uh-huh” FenYun sighed at his sister’s antics. He obviously did not believe her.
“I’m serious Fen! This really happened!!”
“Ok Meilin, I think you should lay off the scifi movies before bed.”
As it happened, Meilin was abducted by aliens late last night while her brother was oblivious and caught up in his painting on the other end of the porch.
Like really how can you not notice your sibling being abducted!? XD
After the club had left and the hustle and bustle of the cafe had dwindled to next to nothing, FenYun took a moment to think about the events of the day. It had become apparent to him that Amir and Meilin had some chemistry together. They seemed to both like each other, however Amir was still dating Penny and wouldn’t make a move. FenYun found himself at a particular advantage in knowing that Penny was cheating on Amir, though it hardly seemed his place to tattle on Penny for awkwardly trying to flirt with him once. Overall though, he was going to keep the best interests of his sister in mind, come what may to any others.
As far as club meetings went, this one was livelier than usual. Maike tried to claim responsibility for the cafe remodel that she had nothing to do with...
Amir got to meet FenYun who turned out to be a nice guy.
Lots of hot gossip was had.
Stupid jokes were told.
And to Amir, Meilin was cuter than ever.
Of course eventually the meeting had to end and they all bid each other good evening before shoving off.
Once inside Meilin was in for a surprise as she found her twin brother behind the counter as the acting barista. “Fen! What are you doing here?”
“What? I just thought I would see what being a barista was like. Can’t a guy have two jobs if he wants?”
“Uh-huh, why do I feel like you’re up to something Fen?”
“Well I’m not!”
“Oh, by the way Amir, this is my twin brother FenYun.”
“Ah, I see, well nice to meet you.” Amir nodded and smiled. Why do I suddenly feel incredibly uncomfortable he thought to himself. He seems nice enough if a bit odd, but what if he’s one of those overprotective brother types? Bah, what am I thinking, it’s not like I’m dating Meilin.
After eating his lunch Amir headed to his club meeting in Windenburg. He arrived a little bit early and stood outside the cafe lost in thought and staring off into space.
“Amir, hello? I’ve been calling out to you for a while now.” A voice suddenly took him out of his thoughts and he turned to find Meilin standing beside him.
“Oh! Hello, sorry I didn’t see you standing there.”
“I noticed.” Meilin laughed a little. “Is something the matter?”
“No, nothing really, how about you? How has your day been?”
“Well what can I say?” Meilin enthusiastically responded. “The sun is out, the breeze is fine and the birds are chirping. It’s a beautiful spring day, enough to lift anyone’s spirits.”
“Haha, you really enjoy the outdoors don’t you? It makes me wonder where you find interest in dusty old books and quiet libraries.”
“Are you making fun of me now Amir?” She replied playfully with an arched brow.
“Not at all, I find your enthusiasm....refreshing.” He smiled. “Well, shall we go in? I think the meeting is starting now.”
The following day Penny was nowhere to be found again and she wasn’t responding to text messages. He was beginning to feel naive for letting this go on so long. It was well within his power to end everything here and go back to being single again. He could even pursue Meilin if he wanted, but something still held him back. Perhaps it was the naive hope that he hadn’t wasted two years of his life with the wrong person? Or was it something else.
