“Definitely! I also love getting to be apart of so many great ceremonies.. doing wedding’s are probably my favorite thing. I will admit, it’s incredibly easy to get lost in the flowers and forget to come up for air. It happens. Um, my grandfather. He loved flowers, but not to this extent -- he used to always bring my sister and I flowers every time he’d take us out to dinner and I fell in love with flowers. I don’t mind! My place is kinda messy, too... but my shop is pretty neat?”

“I do, yeah. It’s going on like.. four or so years now, I think? It’s my baby, honestly. Yeah, of course! Or I can stop by and deliver, it’s probably something most residents either hate or love. Oh, awesome, that’d be really great, honestly!

“Course.” She laughed, her head shaking. “Damn, I really want doughnuts now.” She half whined, her hand reaching to straighten out the strap of her workout top. “No, it’s good, thank you.” Serena spoke genuinely, really, she was so over working out but she knew she had to. 

Tessa didn’t have anywhere else to be at the moment and now that the blonde had mentioned it, donuts sounded like just what she needed. “Wanna go get one?” The girl asked, shrugging her shoulders slightly.

Zara gave a nod of her head in agreement, the suggestion made sense, she’d been staring at her computer screen for the past twenty minutes and things didn’t seem to be getting any better, she knew what she wanted to say to the emails but it just wasn’t happening. Maybe it was hunger, or fatigue, but air was sure to help. “It’s alright.” The brunette spoke as she stood up, collecting her bag as she did. 

At the motion, Tessa beamed, readjusting the purse on her shoulder. “Great, come on,” she nodded towards the door of the office, waiting for Zara to get her bag so the two could embark outside.

Do you mean when I spent the night - we were around eleven at the time, and she painted my nails red while I was asleep and the following day, she wouldn’t stop calling me Scarlet? Yeah, that was fuckin’ hilarious from what I remember.”

“Okay, we won’t start, Seany. Do they really? That’s kind of sad. I mean.. as long as it doesn’t bother you that much. No, I mean, I know what your middle name is, but like... I didn’t think that that was the reason behind Seany. Yes! That is the time I am talking about. Scarlet.. that was great. I personally think we should go back to that.”

Greg tilted his head slightly off to the side and glared at Contessa, one of his eyebrows also in the air.  "We aren’t watching that tonight. I refuse to be put through that unless you want me to just sleep the whole time.“ He laughed softly, but at the same time, he was nothing but serious. Gregory opted for a new plan, something he thought both of them would like. "We’ll watch something of my choosing, not the same movie that we did before.” He said with a friendly smile.

“Okay, well Big Time Greggers here still wouldn’t make you pay him back for the ice cream. Therefore, you make no sense at all and your whole argument is invalid and unnecessary” He spit out with a small smirk to end it all. He wouldn’t ever admit it to anyone, but he liked it when he felt like he got the last word in - like what he said, people actually listened to. “I bet you didn’t know that this was gonna happen, though.” With that, the male leaned over the table and took a small spoonful of her ice cream and then sat back down in the comfortable booth they both had been occupying. “You know, you treat me like I’m stupid.” He said with a small laugh biting at his tongue, it coming out quietly. “Michael Myers says to never call him Rorykins again, or else.” Gregory took the bite of ice cream that he had stolen from Tessa and groaned in applause at the flavor she had chosen earlier. “Would you like to go watch that movie now?”

Tessa sighed dramatically, lifting her spoon back up to her mouth, a little bit of her ice cream on it. “Oh, come on... you haven’t seen it that many times!” Tessa knew that in the end, she’d let him choose the movie because he clearly didn’t want to watch Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory ---- she’d save making him watch it for a different time. “Okay, okay, okay. We’ll watch something you want.” It was in her nature to want others to be just as content and happy as she was. 

“Or would he, and you’re just trying to cover up for him?” Tessa laughed accusingly, pointing her spoon at the man. She was being kind of ridiculous at this point, but wasn’t that what friends were for? Anytime she could get the last word in, she tried. “Hey!” The brunette gasped, laughing shortly after. “I had that one coming.” Even as she said it, she couldn’t stop her lips from pulling down in a slight pout. At his words, her eyebrows rose in surprise. “I do no treat you like you’re stupid...” At that moment Tess didn’t know if he was kidding or not, even though he was kind of smiling. “I’ll save Rorykins for a later date,” she teased, knowing that he barely liked being called Rory as it was. Glancing down into her bowl she could see it was almost gone and she could eat the rest while she walked. “Yeah, let’s do it.”

He leaned casually agains the doorframe of her shop, chuckling softly at her response. He wasn’t sure why he’d gone to such effort, but he was determined to ‘make it up to her’, it was in his nature to be liked, regardless of what people actually thought of him. “I’m always on time, you don’t have to worry about me.” He responded, smirking softly. He was a bit of an ass at times, but it wasn’t particularly a bad thing as it was generally always a joke, he wouldn’t go out of his way to offend someone with his comments. “The British threw you off?” He asked, as though asking her to clarify what she meant as he let out another low chuckle at the idea. “What does British have to do with anything?” He nodded in her direction, smiling. “Well in that case thank you.” He paused, playfully raising an eyebrow. “Uh Cat? That’s which one you are right?” He questioned, obviously teasing this time. 

The brunette shook her head, a small smile dancing on her lips. “I was not born with that trait, at all. I mean.. I’m on time like... 74% of the time? --- Those are pretty decent odds, my friend.” Tessa wasn’t sure why he had walked all the way over there, but then again, she knew she would have done the same; she was just that kind of person. If she said she was going to do something, she did it. 

“The British thing because I think you said to call around or something, so I called instead of just showing up.” Now that Tessa was explaining it, it sounded a bit lame and instantly she could feel her cheeks heating up. “You know what? Not important... um, yeah. You’re welcome,” she murmured, doing her best to change the subject. Her face fell, eyebrows raising. “Please tell me you’re joking,” Tessa shook her head, laughing quietly.

But you let me get away with it once in a blue moon and that counts for somethin’. I understand where you’re coming from; when your middle initial happens to be ‘E’ and your first name is ‘Sean’, undoubtedly, you’re going to get called ‘Seany’ and I’m pretty sure that Cat was the one to start that bandwagon. I got use to being called that, but then she recently invented ‘Seanypoo’ and I’m definitely not use to that one, I mean - Jesus Christ.”

“Yeah, I’m sure that had something to do with it. Once in a blue moon, Seany. Y’know I always thought she was just doing that obnoxious thing with your name and never once did it cross my mind it was because your middle name started with an ‘e’. Wow, Tessa... Seanypoo? Oh man, I like that one. It’s almost as good as that one she used to call you to tease you, God, I cannot remember what it was.”
