Been in the mood to look at #Irises, so i went to prospect park expecting to see them by the lake. Nooooo, not one. Sadden, i sat and stared at the water. Today I’m walking in the rain and this women starts to thank something out out of my peripheral. So being a “cool” new york i kept walking then once she left i look. There was my irises. #spring and #loverlyNewYorkers. I called out to her and thanked her. The Barnes Foundation tried to keep the collection in the same order as the owner Albert Coombs Barnes kept them. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a museum. But, there was a bit of sadness to it as this was not his wishes for his collection. The “establishment” didn’t like him. An amazing man. There is too much for me to post here.
