Father God, I want to thank You for everything You’ve done, even when I didn't see it. Help me to step back, take a breath, and start seeing myself the way You see me. I’ve walked through some tough battles, ones I thought would destroy me, but here I am thanks to You. I’m not exactly where I want to be, but I sure am glad I’m not where I used to be. Remind me that every step forward, no matter how small, is progress worth praising You for. I trust You to finish what You started in me . Amen.

Psalm 27:1-5 NLT 1 The Lord is my light and my salvation—     so why should I be afraid?
