We went to the hot springs and saw this cool tree with bracket fungi growing on it. I had to draw it. The radish is in honor of our crop share. This is the first year we have ever done a CSA and I am loving it!!!!

I must have been really hungry the evening I drew and painted these. So far my favorite artistic style has been drawing things with ink and coloring them with watercolor and/or gouache. I find it very fun.

I watched a tutorial on YouTube created by Teoh Yi Chie. This is the first time I only used a pen. No erasers allowed! He is a great teacher. He also does all kinds of reviews on art supplies.
