There was a Revolutionary Girl Utena exhibition in Tokyo recently~ It was the largest exhibition for the show to date and Ikuhara and Chiho Saito were there doing signings. There were many cells, merchandise, packaging and press releases on display as well as the stunning Rose Bride gown. The gown took a month to make, has boning around the waist and the fabric had to be dyed to make the colours just right.

Thank you tumblr for posting this! I saw this and had just enough time to attend the event myself! There was no photography allowed inside though. :( But I got to see the dress! It was fabulous!

Here is my proof that I went!:
