I’ve spent the whole day telling people about the Songwriters Hall of Fame tonight. How beautiful it is to grow alongside your favourite person and witness her keep shooting for the next biggest star. All the awards are so nice but tonight honors the work she’s put all her effort into for at least the last 20 years. I am so incredibly proud of her, and very, very grateful that I get to be on the other side of the screen, the stage, and the pond.
