For the vast majority I simply modify the image data after opening in Notepad ++. The hex editing plug-in makes this easier. Depending on the file type, you'll get a different effect. Any additional editing is either just indexing the colours or modifying .RAW format image dimensions.

Hello. Yes, the finished images here are created by me. The original, unglitched photos and images are not my own.
how do you make these glitched images? (what is the process)
I convert to a format that glitches well, such as .jpg, .png, .bmp or .raw. A copy of the image is then opened with a text editor (I use Notepad++ with a Hex Editor plug-in). By altering, deleting, copy+pasting the data in this file, glitches like those in my images are formed.
well, you're really good at it. can i ask if you're using a photo editor or if you're just going in and doing it manually in text edit?
