Regarding future turduling

Turduls has come to a standstill for a few pretty good reasons (going back to college, life dropkicking my ass, needing to improve the quality of my photos/scanning/whatever and refusing from sheer apathy and thus entering an ouroboros of passivity, etc). Now, I will absolutely return, but I have a pressing concern: eventually, I will run out of official material from my old issues of TMNT. Also, IDW has better quality control (yay!), and when there’s something wacky, chances are... it was intended to be wacky. That’s the joke. I know I’ve posted a few out of context, but I feel like I’m cheating when I do it.

That said, I also have a rather nice collection of TMNT doujinshi.

I debated posting images from these. Posting images from doujinshi is like posting fanart. I don’t like to poke fingers at fans. Also, you have some that are jokes; they are intended to be jokes; hence, cheating. But I won’t lie. They can be delightful!

I might treat it on a case-by-case basis. I don’t know. Anyway, I’m interested in hearing your thoughts on the matter.
