Maya the Bee aka Mitsubachi Maya No Boken.

Originally aired in 1975 in Japan, It was later shown in the U.S. by Nickelodeon, from 1990-92 as part of there Nick Jr. block. Another show that I loved and was unaware of its Japanese origins when I watched it as a small child.
