hello, i'm sloth!

i'm an adult writer and artist from canada, and use he/him. i like to dabble in all forms of art, but one thing is always constant: it'll always be related to pokémon in some way

i don't like to talk about myself or my life a whole lot, so this blog'll mostly be used to post my own art, as it has been since i made it!

i mainly draw on my phone with my finger or traditionally in my sketchbook, but i do have a screenless tablet. i like to dabble into watercolour sometimes, and occasionally i will draw on my laptop with my mouse! my art style typically varies depending on what and where i'm drawing on

my favourite pokémon are turtwig, magmortar and zeraora. my favourite characters sometimes fluctuate, but barry and flint will always be at the top of my brain no matter what

ok i KNOW im annoying and indecisive about my timeskip!barry but every now and then I just get a baller idea that I like more than the last. the last iteration looked too much like canon barry, and the one before it looked too old to be early/mid 20s. I think this one fixes both issues perfectly.

block people/tags that cause you distress

look up trigger warnings for shows/movies/books

if you cannot find warnings, or something hasn't been tagged, make a decision for yourself as to if you proceed or not

register when something is causing you distress, and stop consuming that thing

If you have a severe nut allergy and are given a snack you've never tried before, you ask what the ingredients are. If you eat it without checking and have a reaction, that's on you, not the stranger who gave it to you who has no idea what you're allergic to.

i know eevee ocs are hella overdone and a bit overpopulated, but i don't care. they're fun to draw. if you want me to stop drawing eevees, argue with the wall. espeon's tail gives me great joy.
