the AV Club gave the show an A+, and i've never seen that. i gave it a 5/5 on Agents of Geek, but i don't matter nearly as much.

Greg is so incredibly brave throughout everything. maybe it's his age and his innocence, that he's young and he doesn't exactly get the ordeal, that if there is no help and there is no miracle his death is all but imminent. the beast isn't palling around with him, he's here to get what he wants and then turn the kid into an oil tree. he is convinced the beast is going to help them home, but it's obvious he won't.

but, maybe, he gets it, but he's just brave and he's facing it head-on. if it helps, it helps, and if it means Wirt can get home, then, hell, it's fine. he's a good leader this way.

either way, Greg is amazing. he's freezing to death and he's doing it to help his brother and himself. he sacrificed himself to do so in Babes in the Wood, and here he is in the storm solving riddles.

Gregory is a hero.
