It truly breaks my heart to see so much pain, anger, and hurt over the news, and while I found myself yesterday questioning whether or not I should still keep my spot in this community, today I woke up fully ready to channel everything I’m feeling into a positive and hopefully groundbreaking campaign for Caryl, Carol, and Melissa. Some of you have expressed interest in sending birthday cards for Melissa to AMC (thanks again for the suggestion, secret friend), and @meandeternity @laur-n-peace and I are currently working to make this happen. We also have a lot of other ideas to make sure the network understands our disdain for their choices, and strongly encourage Caryl, Carol, and Daryl fans past and present to join the movement. I’ve tagged the people who said they were interested already, but please help us get the word out to every current or former fan and stan you can think of. Our voices will be heard.

The Carol and Daryl spinoff show has decided to drop Carol/Melissa McBride, and is moving forward as a solo-Daryl spinoff show instead, set and filmed in Europe. If you are as disappointed in this as I am, join in on the fan movement to voice your displeasure with this choice to AMC in a meaningful way!
