Hey where do you get your ideas on fashion? Any specific inspirations/role models?
it changes a lot. lately ive been inspired to try and stay basic and wear good neutrals and simple cuts. working at buffalo, im just constatnly surrounded by fashionable people so i often take inspiration from customers or coworkers. i often see a brand come over the counter i dont recognize and i look it up and it inspires me to strive for that.
I used to just want to wear loud street wear or loud harajuku shit but lately i just havent been feeling it. I own some HBA and BAPE but it just sits in my closet. As I see it right now, basics never go out, they are clean and sophisticated. They are minimal but can say so much with their cut. Its also very easy to wear, I dont worrying about matching because I just try to stick to black, grey, brown and some white.
Just find styles or people who look really confident and good and then strive for that, not every style is going to fit you well but when you find one that makes you feel comfortable and confident, then just stick to it.
