it's really messed up how palestinians need to share a picture of their child to gain sympathy from strangers on the internet in order to raise enough money to buy food in a genocide.

i don't think that they need to write an extraordinary post or make a catchy comic or post pictures of their starving children to be able to raise money for their families. it is dehumanising.

While I was on my way back to my family, there was an attack that almost killed me only a few meters away, but thank God I survived. All of these people are starving every day and suffering every day. I would tell you my story, how I was and how I became during this war, but I will only tell you that I want to feed my family. Our only source of income is this link.

Everything is expensive and unaffordable. Flour, the basic and essential ingredient in every meal, costs more than 300£ per bag and 10£ per kilogram. To eat just one meal a day and be satisfying, we need 4 kilograms of flour.

Our children ask for nothing but bread.

Last night, we barely survived…

Gaza was burning under relentless bombardment with every kind of weapon. Entire neighborhoods were destroyed within hours.

We were forced to flee our place of residence in the north, and we spent the night on the street until — with great difficulty — we found a car to take us to the south at a heavy price. We carried with us fear, exhaustion, hunger, and suffering, yet still no real safety.

📌 Today, for the first time, a UN investigative committee has officially confirmed that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. This is not just a report — it is a testimony to the death, displacement, and destruction we endure every single day.

We are living this genocide moment by moment… our lives are hanging by a thread.
