i need to be so skinny by June/July for my graduation
GUYS!! i weighed 49.9 today!!!!!!!! literally just .1 from 50 but now my weight starts with a 4🙏🙏

one thing i’ve realised is that it is better to have smth low cal when you’re feeling hungry than to suppress your hunger until you can’t anymore and binge.
when you listen to your body and eat low cal stuff you still feel bad and like a loser because you couldn’t even control yourself but deep inside you know how it would’ve ended if you didn’t do this. so yeah sometimes you have to change your ways to escape the restrict-binge cycle.

little tips!
don’t eat things you won’t enjoy! you’ll end up being unsatisfied and want to eat more
prioritize protein AND fiber
take multivitamins and drink electrolytes. malnutrition can be fatal, is more common than you think, and comes very very easily with ana
i wouldn’t recommend fasting seeing as it can cause brain fog and intelligence is cool!
take. care. of. your. body. i cannot stress this enough. do yoga or pilates, get enough sleep, read, and if you need to eat—EAT!
use natural mouthwash. it’s not as abrasive as Listerine or others but it works just as well!
this is a tad bit toxic but watching supersize vs super skinny was REALLY helpful for me
seed oils can cause bloating, so try to find products with olive oil or avocado oil (olive oil is also very healthy/good for metabolism)
don’t restrict with carbs! if they scare you—which i know is common—try to consume complex carbs! they’re a little less guilt inducing
be kind to everyone! people’s journeys and bodies are different, but they’re all beautiful and important. kindness is beautiful.

how i lost 30 pounds in just a few months!
do you want your hip bones, collarbones, and shoulder blades to peak out this summer? these are my tips :)
- learn to say no. i’m serious, anytime someone offers you food think of it as poison, they’re trying to sabotage you!!
- walk!! please guys cardio is one of the best ways to lose weight, get a walking pad or walk outside on trails at parks, make sure to do it at a brisk pace!
- get the app Lose It! it’s one of the best apps to keep track of your calories, make sure to put in EVERYTHING you eat down to the oil you use to cook with, it has so many exercises to log as well! it’s the best app!
- put your deficit at 800 cals! that is the absolute most you will eat a day, but remember even if you go over it, for normal people their deficits are 1,200 cals!
- diet drinks! drink as much diet drinks as you can, it helps your sugary cravings and doesn’t make you gain!
- one and done rule. if you absolutely cannot resist a sweet treat, just have one and be done. or even chew it up and spit it out, trust me seeing the gross chewed up food will take your craving right away! it’s okay to give in a little, just make sure not to binge! don’t be greedy
- anytime you can, do workouts. laying in bed? do sit ups! watching the tv on the couch? crunches! using the bathroom? squats. don’t let your body stay still when it could be working toward your goal!
- weights! get some small dumbbells, preferably soft small ones like 5-10 lbs, use it to tone your arms! remember you could be losing weight faster and more efficient if you did exercise while ⭐️rving
- cold baths! babe now i knowww having cold water on your bare skin is horrible but no one said this process will be easy. fill up your tub with cold water, not too cold or else you’ll get sick! but definitely cold enough to make you shiver, sit in it for as long as you can. 10 mins burns 133 cals, 20 burns 266, 30 burns 399, and 45 mins burns 599. plus it makes your skin super smooth!
- wear baggy clothes around your family, if you don’t want them to be nosy or worried about you, don’t let them see, savor in your success on your own private time until you’re done with your journey!
- get a beautiful piece of clothing, something you absolutely adore! make it a priority to fit beautifully in it, use that as your motivation, hang it up on your wall by your bed, stare at it at night just imagining how perfectly it will fit you one day
- cook or bake for your family, one of the best ways to suppress your appetite is to make the food. for some reason this works so well for me, you go through all the work that at the end you don’t even feel hungry!
- for my ladies, remember, a lovely caring woman shares her food with the hungry and children. give the food you do have to those that need it more.

i know it sucks and feels like you'll never get to this point but eventually after eating healthy for long enough your tastes do totally change and junk tastes like shit. most things are super bland, super salty, or super sweet. you just won't like it anymore. you might crave it and get some and then taste it and realize it's mid. you'll get bored of tastes easily; you'll get full easily.
what are some good low cal (whey/vegetarian) protein powders? i need recommendations please!!
