hiya! i’m shu (21+, s/h) & here’s my babby myo kiwoo, local mom’s friend’s son who’s staging a very delayed teenage rebellion right now, hehe. i don’t have a proper bio up for him yet, but here are his stats, other facts & plots! below the cut is a sketch of his background, so ♡ this if you’d like to plot~
moved when he was three to the US for his dad’s promotion, but the move strained his parents’ relationship. growing up, he felt responsible for keeping the family together through making them proud & giving his parents something to be happy with, through studies & sports
the gang was his first real group of friends that wasn’t just a bunch of hyper competent gifted kids put into a class to compete against each other & pretend to be friends or volleyball teammates he didn’t really know or make an effort to, so he really! really! values his friends!
he’s also a huge nerd & loves conspiracy theories & complicated anime, all of which culminated in a fascination with mysteries, so he really enjoyed trying to solve the mysteries around crystal cove w the gang, even if most of them turned out to be non-supernatural
however, his parents decided that the tomfoolery they got up to wasn’t acceptable by high school, and as always, he complied :( he was probably the first crack in the gang’s friendship, starting to drift from them in their senior year of hs
this trajectory continued into college, with him trying to acquiesce to his parents’ wishes while finding something he likes for himself -- see: entering their county’s highest ranked uni & joining the volleyball club, but double majoring in forensic science & business
in his sophomore year he realised that this? kinda sucks? being so careful about everything & trying to please everyone only drains him of energy & it doesn’t even work, so! he’s not doing that anymore!
rlly just said fuck it! he dropped business as a major, dropped the vball club, grew out his hair & just generally stopped giving too many fucks. he’s stepping up to take the initiative w the gang again & try to make amends & get back into some mystery solving with his friends! that’s what he wants to do!

there are rumours about him using the gang for attention & that he’s too straight laced to stray from the path, that this is all just temporary bc he’s ditched them once, but his delayed teenage rebellion is only just beginning, so watch out!
he’s also currently interning in the forensics dept of the ccpd & lowkey snooping around for ~interesting mysteries~ lol
