Just thought about how I've always had this headcanon that Keigo would probably have little to no idea about women's health. Mainly because he primarily grew up in the HPSC.
He's respectful, but try to ask him about menstrual cycles and he could only say "it's when girls bleed every month and it sucks." Bro has no idea about the specifics..
ALTHOUGH!! I believe he would be more than happy to educate himself on it and how to properly take care of his S/O during that time of the month. I see him even getting an app to track their cycles and know when to start getting the snack cravings and extra Midol.
