{ Atsuya & Kuroo }
He had joined the volleyball team, of course he had, but unlike some of the other members, he preferred to practice more than once a week by himself just to get into the hang of it once again. Serving and blocking were priories, of course, so he’d practice by aiming and knocking down obstacles. He was a middle blocker, but being able to handle other tasks was important as well.
When someone else wandered in, the sound of the gym door screeching open, he blinked and turned around, catching the ball in his hand. A smaller kid kid had come in, soccer ball in hand, and was shouting something about using the court. Kuroo blinked for a second, before it registered that meant he would have to leave.
"No." He replied after looking at him for a second, not caring if it sounded too rude or standoffish. This kid should learn some manners. "I was here first. Anyway, this court is reserved for volleyball and some other sport. Not soccer."
{ ❄ } — Was he being...looked down upon? Someone as talented and skillful as him was being not only looked down upon, but treated like a mere kid. He fought bears, you know! Aliens too! And while this guy didn't seem like the boring type, at least, coupled with his already sour mood, he was really starting to piss him off.
Atsuya fixed his grip on his soccer ball, almost defensively, and puffed out his chest, "Haah? Who cares about volleyball? Anyone can throw a ball over a net-- but I wouldn't exactly group it together with actual sports." As far as he knew, people did it on beaches for idle fun. Sounded like one drawn out game of catch to him, apart from the actual catching part.
"Now like I said-- Be a good boy and let me use this court."
