between adhd/executive dysfunction shit and being a bit scared about health i’ve had a really hard time lately keeping up with meals/eating dinner at all/having boost consistently. my job is outside a lot and very busy so i sweat a bunch, and also customer facing so it’s hard to snack and even eat lunch sometimes. when i get home im stuck on my phone until i fall asleep, even if im starving.
can’t stand watching 250 slip further away but i haven’t given up hope. idk how some of yall do it though, i need some lessons 🙈
