It seems that the Tumblr team has no other purpose than to delete, close, and attack the accounts of transgender people and Palestinians trying to survive genocide and ethnic cleansing in Gaza.

Two days ago, I was shocked to find that my blog, abdalsalam2000, had been deleted without warning and without me having done anything wrong, simply because I was asking for help from the Tumblr community. That blog was our only source of income that kept us alive in Gaza, and unfortunately, it was deleted by Tumblr employees.

In Gaza, we need at least $300 a day just to survive. After Tumblr deleted our account, this blog is all I have left. I hope you will help me by sharing this post, donating, and following this blog. Please, please help us and donate now.

we got signs all over the "queer community" that basically say "no trans women." that's not division?

a lot of you are more offended at being told trans women make less money than you than you are at naked discrimination against trans women in your own communities

oh and they do get very mad when we exclude them from our spaces. and by "spaces" I mean "the category we created to discuss being the type of woman who faces transmisogyny, such as--just pulling a random example here--being categorically excluded from 'afab only' spaces"

What I am about to say is the hardest thing I have ever written. Five days ago, three missiles struck the place where we sheltered. Screams and dust filled everything; I awoke injured in a hospital.

When I regained consciousness, the first thing I did was search for my two children. My heart raced with terror as I called their names, fearing I might never hear their voices answer me again.

I will never forget those who searched for me and worried when I suddenly disappeared for days. But concern alone cannot rebuild our lives. We urgently need a new tent and medicine. If my story moved you, please turn that feeling into action today.
