I mean I do think surviving BHI is badass but going undercover when a lot of other people who've done that have lost their lives would make her publicly look so awesome. They will also cover up the real story is she defected because she fell for Goldheart and switched from the villain side. Mostly due to how reformed villains are treated she probably will go with the lie she was always a heroine from the start and push the undercover narrative. Then again they would have to pretend Black Hat himself isn't real because it seems people want Black Hat's existence to be a secret. However, they can treat the academy as legit but that is it

But that doesn't change the fact that I'm curious about it now. Like, girl actually hid a lot of stuff about herself in those Q and A, fir example her superpowers, being the main one, as well as her "natural" appearance. But he doesn't seem to be the kind of girl who knows how to dye her own hair? At least doesn't feel like it..
Heed clearly used to walk with her natural brown hair colour in black hat's school without any problems, already back then her hair had that pink shade (not only that, but heart shaped as well)
And I don't have the faintest hope, support or expectations that she was the one who was able to do so. Ain't no way. And after becoming a hero, she went even heavier with that pink colour, just this time all over her hair, not leaving a single trace of her natural hair tone behind, not even the roots.
And in each of her posts on Instagram we could see the dedication to keeping up with the colour.
I don't remember how long exactly heed stayed in the hero rehabilitation facility, but it's obvious that whatever time passed, was enough to have her hair grow out and show it's natural tone. With the pink colour getting obviously duller.
And if she was able to get away with a slap on the wrist, she could have easily asked the guard for a hair dye- which she clearly didn't - and do it herself. But nope. Definitely a hairstylist
It Would be insane in my opinion if someone like heed would be fine with doing something like tgat herself or somewhere not good enough and fancy for her.
Which leads me to believe there is either a lucky lucky worker who gets paid a lot to keep mouth shut. Or is being watched and tested, since, god forbid she fucked up heed's hair or accidentally spilled heeds unnatural hair colour secret, which despite not seeming to be much, would mean that other lies and skeletons in the closet would start to peel off the cover of a liar.
So the worker would certainly need to be trustworthy and reliable, as well as carefull with words.
